Change Management Skills for Diverse Workplaces
Purpose:
The capacity to manage change is the key to succeeding in our current
and future organizational environment. It is both a set of skills,
and an attitude that can be developed. The challenge for each of
us is to become an active participant in our own change process.
The purpose of this seminar is to provide an opportunity for the
participants to develop the essential "managing change"
skills which will support living and working more effectively in
a world that will never stop changing.
Objectives:
Understanding the process of change and its impact on work performance;
Handling resistance to change;
Communicating change effectively and managing its implementation.
