innerCHANGE associates international works in partnership with businesses, educational and healthcare institutions, governmental and non-governmental organizations, and communities to develop their human resources through understanding, valuing, and leveraging cultural differences. iCHai recognizes the need for sustained collaboration among several partners in private, public and non-profit sectors operating internationally and nationally within the target communities.

When providing Partnership Services, innerCHANGE associates international serves as the project management partner to design, implement, coordinate and evaluate the contributions and activities of an international partnership. By placing key in country staff members, we are able to provide culturally and linguistically adapted social services for international consortiums, associations, and linkages - this CLASSICAL approach is offered exclusively through innerCHANGE.

innerCHANGE associates international provides intercultural project management services through a two-tiered approach:

1) leverage and enhance existing programs in the community;
2) provide additional training and education and support services based on needs as defined by the communities.

iCHai is proud to feature one such project that has been successfully implemented in the municipality of Villa El Carmen, Nicaragua. The goal of this project is to achieve community empowerment through improved primary school education and health.
